Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings → Manage Subscription, or go to your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Faraway.

How do I restore a previous purchase? In the app: Settings → Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

A sound isn’t playing or the app is silent. Try toggling airplane mode, closing and reopening the app, or force-quitting. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
